If any girls are interested in joining the Girl’s Field Hockey team, there is a meeting in the Cafeteria TODAY from 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM.
There will be a Cops 4 Cancer meeting at lunch on Tuesday in room 300 for those interested in shaving their heads and for canvassing.
All students taking CLE online at Oak Bay must attend a mandatory meeting TODAY during Advisory in room 304.
Nutty’s Locker will be open on Tuesdays at lunch if you want to purchase any Oak Bay wear. You can also purchase through school cash online.

Choir (for all Grades 9 through 12’s): The first Rehearsal is TODAY at lunch, starting at 12:15 pm in Room 134. We encourage you to bring your food and connect with other singers at the beginning of lunch. Announcements will happen while you eat. *Everyone is welcome to join a variety of the Oak Bay choirs. You do NOT need to be currently signed up for choir. Please join us at our first rehearsal today.
Junior Vocal Jazz: The First Rehearsal is on Tuesday after school, starting at 3:20 pm. We will be finished by 4:30 pm. *There is no need to audition for this ensemble. All interested students are welcome!

Oak Bay will be hosting the Canadian University Event in the large gym on Tuesday, September 17th from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. There will be 50 universities here for the morning and all students are welcome to explore the event during focus or on a spare. Posters are up throughout the school which include a list of the universities that will be attending. See Ms. Giesbrecht if you have any questions.
Are you interested in learning about firefighting? Firefighter Cadet Camp will take place during spring break, March 24-29, 2025. Students aged 15 – 18 can pick up an application from Ms. Giesbrecht in the Career Centre. The application deadline is Sept 13, 2024.
