5:20pm- grads and staff assemble for photo
5:40pm- grads assemble for procession
6:00-8:30- Recognition Ceremony
Ceremony - Grads are asked to be at the auditorium no later than 5:00pm, in their regalia, and gather outside the back stage entrance at 5:20 for the group photo. Families are asked to take their seats inside by 5:45pm and the ceremony is set to begin at 6:00pm. The ceremony is estimated to take 2.5 - 3 hours.
