Remember, May is Mental Health Awareness Month and here is your Mental Health Tip of The Day:
Spending time with pets or animals can have a calming effect on your mood. The act of caring for another living thing helps us feel needed. This can help reduce feelings of loneliness or depression. Plus, animals reward us with unconditional love. They are there for us every day no matter what, and this bond is good for our emotional state. And remember, you are not alone.
