NEW TODAY

Remember, May is Mental Health Awareness Month and here is your Mental Health Tip of The Day: Breakfast boosts brainpower.  This is because your brain hasn’t received the energy it needs to get going. Studies suggest that not having breakfast affects your mental performance, including your attention, ability to concentrate and memory. This can make some tasks feel harder than they normally would. So grab a piece of fruit or a granola bar and get your brain going! And remember, you are not alone.

There is a mandatory meeting for all AP students who signed up to write the exam at lunch in 216 TODAY. Students need to attend even if they are not currently planning to write it.  Please arrive right at the start of lunch – it will not be long.
