*Anime Convention Volunteers Needed! Tsukino-Con is a non-profit organization that hosts an annual anime, games, and Japanese culture convention at the University of Victoria. This year, the event will be held during February 17-19, 2017. *Volunteer Opportunity in the Hospitality & Service Industry
If you are looking for a Volunteer role that will give you training and skills in the Hospitality & Service Industry, consider a volunteer role with the BC Cancer Agency You must be 16 or older and willing to commit to one 3 hour shift per week for a minimum of 8 weeks. Café is open Monday to Friday only with shifts at 7am-10am, 10am-1pm and 1pm-4pm.

*Explorations in Technology TEAC 105 Camosun College offers a dual credit course introducing students to basic skills in Computer Science, Electronic and Computer Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, and Mechanical Engineering Technology. The course will be offered at Interurban Campus, Technology Building Friday’s from 3-6pm from Feb 26, 2016 to May 27, 2017. *VICTORIA TEA FESTIVAL – will take place from January 30th to February 4th and is looking for student volunteers. There are many different ways to help out leading to the event as well as the week of the event. The poster still has to be designed, media work is still required, and a variety of other duties need to be completed.
