SCHOOL MUSICAL – “Legally Blonde” tickets are on sale starting today in the office. Dates are: Feb. 24,25,26, Mar. 1, 2, 3 & 4.  Times are:  7:30 pm, Matinee is Feb. 26 at 2:00 pm.

NUTTY’S LOCKER will be open Monday and Thursday at lunch. Come and check out the Oak Bay swag.

VALEDICTORIAN CANDIDATES – there is a mandatory meeting TODAY at lunch on the stage.

ATTENTION TENNIS PLAYERS  – Oak Bay Tennis Tryouts begin Feb. 6th, 10th and 13th in the morning in the Tennis Bubble.  New players are welcomed and needed.

CAREER CENTRE

*Acadia University from Nova Scotia will be in the Career Centre at lunch tomorrow, Thursday February 2nd.  If you have applied please make sure you drop in to meet with the rep.  You are also welcome to come by if you have any questions about Acadia.

Attention Grade 11 Science students. The applications have opened up for the Trev. & Joyce Deeley Research Centre Internship Program.  This is an opportunity to explore cancer research right here in Victoria, at the BC Cancer Agency.  An overall 85%  projected average in Biology 11 or 12 and any two of math, chemistry or physics is required.  Students will work full time hours for 8 weeks during the summer.  A $3000 bursary toward post-secondary education will be awarded to each student who successfully completes the 8 week program.  For more information please see Mrs. Giesbrecht, Mr. Carmichael, Mr. Atkinson or Mr. Shrubsole.  Applications are the Career Centre.
