Junior & Senior Girls Volleyball tryout schedule!
Thursday 7th – Small Gym
Senior Girls: 3:30 – 5:00 PM
Junior Girls: 5:00 – 6:30 PM
Friday 8th – Big Gym
Senior Girls: 2:30 – 4:00 PM
Junior Girls: 4:00 – 5:30 PM
The Junior Boys Volleyball team’s first practice will be TODAY in the Big Gym.
Attention all singers! There is a meeting in ROOM 134 (the Choir Room) TODAY at LUNCH for anyone interested in singing in a choir – concert choir or vocal jazz. You do not need to be signed up to join us. Please bring your lunch with you.
Senior Vocal Jazz – Jazz Wave: First Rehearsal is TODAY after school at 3:20pm. We will be finished by approximately 4:15pm this week.
Intermediate Vocal Jazz – Jazz à Latté: First Rehearsal is Friday after school at 2:35pm. We will be finished by approximately 3:30pm this week.

Anyone who is interested in rowing for the Oak Bay Highschool Rowing team should come to the information meeting TODAY at lunch in the Library learning commons.
Junior Boys Soccer. Tryouts begin on Friday. See the grade (9 and 10) Google Classrooms for more information and to register. See Mr. Henderson in room 123 if you have any questions.
There will be a mandatory meeting for all students registered for CLE 11 On-Line here at Oak Bay on Monday, September 11 during Focus Block in Room 304. You must attend in order to have access to course materials.

UBC will not be attending the CUE or coming to Oak Bay for an information session again this year. All of their information sessions this year will be online. Canadian University Event 2023
September 26th at Oak Bay in the large gym from 8:30am-11:30 am
There will be 52 universities for students to connect with and learn more about post-secondary options. A poster will be out soon with all the attending universities.
American University Info session: Please join us for a session with admissions officers representing each of the Ivy+ institutions. This group includes Brown University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Princeton University, Stanford University, University of Pennsylvania, and Yale University.
Admissions officers will address issues of particular concern to students applying from Canada. Topics to be covered include highly selective holistic admissions, liberal arts institutions, the financial aid process, and changes in the application process for the coming cycle. We’ll be welcoming questions from attendees during the program and look forward to an engaging program! Please click the link to register.
