Canada’s 150th Photo Montage – Advisory Photos – A group of teachers interested in finding a way to celebrate Canada’s 150th at Oak Bay have been collaborating on a couple of different projects. One project is a “photo montage” of all our students that we will frame and put up at the school. Ideally, we would have as many students participate as possible. We would come around during Advisory starting today and ask students to quickly pose for a picture (just of their faces, and only if they would like to participate). Staff are encouraged to have their pictures taken as well.  We would then take thumbnails of all images, and superpose them onto a large picture of the Canadian flag. If you’d like to see an example, take a look at the following website: http://mosaically.com/ If you zoom in, you can see that the larger picture is made up of hundreds of smaller images.
