Canadian Centre for the Responsibility to Protect (CCR2P) – The CCR2P High School Internship Program is a fantastic opportunity for high school students to gain valuable skills in research, advocacy, and design. The internship will run from July 12th to August 6th and will require 6-8 hours of work per week. All work will be done remotely via the online platforms Slack and Zoom. The work to be completed as part of this internship will encompass a set of student-driven projects, ranging from researching and creating a presentation on R2P to other projects. Finally, the last week will be a time to personally reflect on R2P and explore future youth opportunities.  After the internship, students will receive advanced consideration for participation in the CCR2P’s Youth Ambassador program, where they may focus on fostering engagement with and action on the R2P principle in their communities.
