Our first Springboard this year will be in Interior Design and Fashion Design!  Springboards are a one day opportunity to explore a career path with our community partners.  This connects you with professionals working in the industry you are interested in.  You will have the chance to find out about their path, what programs to explore, what education is required as well as what a day looks like in the given career.   On Friday, February 17th, we are partnering with Pacific Design Academy (PDA) to enable 20 of our district high school students to explore and experience Interior Design and Fashion Design through hands-on activities, demonstrations, and discussions with PDA instructors:  Students in grades 10-12 are welcome to apply and can pick up an application in the Career Centre from Ms. Giesbrecht.  Applications are due back to Ms. Giesbrecht on or before Friday, February 10th.
