Remember, May is Mental Health Awareness Month and here is your Mental Health Tip of The Day:
When you practice gratitude, you shift your thoughts away from negative emotions and uncomfortable sensations. Instead, you begin to focus on good things that you may have overlooked. So today, write down or think about three things you’re grateful for and try to practice gratitude each day. And remember, you are not alone.
A reminder to all staff to please bring your students down to check out the Trades Expo at the times specified on the “Take 3” email.
